The following are therefore our all-inclusive package prices. These cover the following:
pick up at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to your Hotel, in Moshi or Arusha a night’s accommodation both before and after your climb*
all climb costs, salaries, food, fees, etc (excluding tips)
all transfers to the mountain and back to your Arusha or Moshi hotel again transfers back to Kilimanjaro Airport for your return flights

IN ORDER TO MAKE A CONFIRMED BOOKING YOU REQUIRE PAYING A DEPOSIT OF 10% PER PERSON AND BALANCE TO BE PAID IN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLIENTS ARRIVAL IN TANZANIA
*Accommodation is on B&B basis in our standard range hotels, ie either at the Outpost Lodge, Arusha Naaz Hotel, or Le Jacaranda and in Moshi is Salsalinero hotel or Parkview Inn or Alteza lodge or Any other of same standard. If you wish to upgrade to either a mid-range or luxury option a surcharge is payable.
Significant additional cost considerations are as follows:
- Flights or overland transfers to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha town visas
- Tips to the mountain staff
- Meals other than breakfast while in Arusha or Moshi
- Additional nights beyond the two standard hotel nights included
- Hotel upgrade costs if you decide to request an alternative hotel to the standard items considered to be non-essential, such as alcohol, beverages, cigarettes, snacks, etc

TIPS FOR PORTERS, GUIDE, COOKER AND ASSISTANTS GUIDE:
- Generally speaking, an example of a tips break down like this: Porters $5 per day per porter
- Cooks $8 to $10 per cook
- Assistant Guides $8 to $10 per guide Kilimanjaro Guides $20 per day per guide Safari Guides $20 per day and up per guide
- In other words, if you had four porters, 2 assistant guides and 1 lead guide. The total trip would be around $420.
- 4 porters X $40 = $160 Total
- 2 assistant guides X $80 = $160 1 lead guide X $100 = $100
- Total = $420 / Number of people in the group
